Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?

Great question! We don’t operate like traditional real estate agents who list homes on the MLS. Instead, we’re direct buyers who purchase properties outright. After an agreement is reached, we renovate the property and either sell it to a new buyer or keep it for other purposes, such as rental income.
